High School Hackathon
On Monday, March 31, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, J.M. Wright Technical High School (120 Bridge Street) will host a hackathon for Stamford middle schoolers. The gathering is organized by students in the school’s IT trade in partnership with Synchrony Skill Academy.
The hackathon is “offering [students] a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of technology and coding. This event is a fantastic way for young students to engage with hands-on learning, develop their coding skills, and explore the tech industry in a fun and collaborative environment,” Subha Pandalai, event coordinator and the school’s IT Department head, said. “We believe this event is a great way to inspire and motivate middle schoolers to pursue careers in technology while providing them with the tools and skills to succeed in the digital age.”
